William Mokhare SC

Advocate William Mokhare SC is an accomplished Senior Counsel with over 27 years of experience in legal practice. He specialises in Constitutional, Administrative and Labour Law, with extensive expertise in Commercial, Contract, Construction, Energy, Banking, Tax and Regulatory Law. His professional skills include complex litigation, legal strategy, arbitration, mediation and dispute resolution. He also represents clients in high-profile criminal matters involving corruption, fraud and money laundering, and appears in courts in Lesotho, Namibia and Botswana. He has held several prominent leadership positions in the legal profession, including Chairperson of the Johannesburg Society of Advocates (2012–2013) and the Duma Nokwe Group of Advocates (2011–2013).
