Biography
Vivian was conferred with her LLB in 2010, she has attended to training with LEAD and served articles of clerkship with Legal Aid South Africa.
Vivian was admitted as an attorney in 2012 and practiced as such until she answered the call in 2014 to be a Public Prosecutor. After 6 years in service of the NPA she answered the call to the bar and served pupillage in 2020.
Vivian has been practicing as an advocate and deals with a variety of aspects of law, including administrative law, constitutional law, land claims, contractual disputes, traditional leadership claims and customary laws, labour disputes and medical negligence amongst others.
