Biography
Adv Machaba SC is a multiple graduate of Wits having completed his junior degrees in BA, LLB thereat. Between 2002 – 2005, adv. Machaba SC further completed two (2) degrees of Masters in Law (LLM) in Corporate Law (through coursework + mini thesis) and LLM in Taxation. His thesis in LLM Taxation was on “The Realities of Mineral and Petroleum Royalties Bill. He previously lectured Business Law at UJ and is a regular guest lecturer for LLM Mining Law at Wits. he regularly acts as a judge of the High Court in GP.
Adv. Machaba SC has appetite for commercial matters in their variety. He is also does Admin and constitutional law. Many will attest to his commitment to the craft of advocacy.
