Biography
Formerly, a Deputy Ombud for Financial Services, Shangisa practises mainly in the areas of Administrative, Constitutional and regulatory law. He often sits as an arbitrator and has been involved in the training of pupils and juniors in Trial Advocacy Training at the Bar. He has had several stints as an acting judge of the high court.
