Peter Masihleho

Peter Masihleho practices in the area of private and public law litigation with specific emphasis on labour and employment law, municipal law and general civil litigation.

Peter has worked in the public sector for 11 years in the dispute resolution discipline. He thereafter joined the CCMA as a Part-Time Commissioner. Peter served the Education Labour Relations Council (ELRC) and the South African Local Government Bargaining Council (SALGBC) as a Panellist doing both conciliations and arbitrations.
