Mpfumelo Mamitwa

Mpfumelo Mamitwa is an Advocate, Mediator and Arbitrator. As an Advocate she has experience in civil litigation, mediation and arbitration, with particular focus on Construction law, Land Law, Medical Malpractice and Administrative law. She has represented clients in complex matters involving construction damages claims, land claims, contractual interpretation and dispute resolution processes.

Her practice combines strong litigation skills with a resolution driven approach to alternative dispute resolution, assisting clients in resolving disputes efficiently while protecting their legal and commercial interests.

Mpfumelo, has experience of lecturing non-law students for Commercial law in 2016.
