Mpendulo Xolani Mfeka

Mpendulo is a member of the Johannesburg Society of Advocates (“JSA”) and the Legal Practice Council (“LPC”). Mpendulo sits at the Duma Nokwe Group of Advocates – situated at 1 Sandton Drive, Sandhurst. Mfeka runs a general practice with his work including, inter alia, special contracts, construction, administrative, employment, tax, trade, public and competition law.

Prior to being called to the Bar, Mfeka had a shot stint at Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyer in the employment law division. Following this, he spent time as the Deputy Case Manager in the HR division at Wits University.

Mfeka has appeared and participated in landmark cases in various courts in the Republic of South Africa (including the apex Court), at times appearing by himself, and on occasion being led by a Senior Counsel.
Mfeka is a recipient of the John Jackson LLM Scholarship – at George Town Law in the United States of America.
