Biography

I am an admitted Advocate of the High Court of South Africa and a member of Johannesburg Society of Advocates, Practicing under Duma Nokwe Group of Advocates. I hold a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Labour Law and I am currently pursuing a Doctor of Laws (LLD) with a specialisation in Mining Law.

I did my pupillage training with the Limpopo Society of Advocates in 2024. During this period, I attended a Trial Advocacy Programme hosted by the General Council of the Bar (GCB), the training was facilitated by Senior Advocates and Judges. I was subsequently admitted as an advocate on 16 May 2025.

Throughout my pupillage and post-admission practice, I have gained substantial practical experience in both civil (action and motion) and criminal litigation. My exposure spans High Court and Magistrates’ Court proceedings, encompassing legal drafting, including pleadings, affidavits, heads of argument, opinions, and advisory memoranda.

This court experience has equipped me with the ability to engage with and litigate complex legal matters. I am deeply committed to delivering exceptional legal services and contributing meaningfully to the development of South African jurisprudence.

I also have an academic experience; I was lecturing the law of evidence at the University of Limpopo’s School of Law for the academic year 2025 and currently Adjunct Academic at University of South Africa.
